Montreal's Best Bike Tour

Beyond the Bike Lanes

It’s smaller groups, recycled light frame rides that were rebuilt locally and an authentic personalized bike tour away from the bike herds of the other guys. Featured in the New York Times – 36 hours in Montreal

Our Montreal Bike Tour Description:

In the first half of our Montréal bike tour, we show you some of our main interests like the majestic mountain park we locals simply call the Mountain. We see an abundant amount of mural art in a funky hood produced by our local and creative talent. Our city is a street art leader.

We take you to the heart of the entertainment district, le Quartier des Spectacles, where Montréal’s best festivals take place. We cruise by the old Red Light and Montréal’s Gay Village, our Gaybourhood. We have a reputation for being a party city. This city is the cultural capital of Canada, find out why along the way!

We’ll be checking out the river from a great vantage point away from the tourist crowds of Old Montréal. We sometimes can forget we live on an island. Next, we explore the charming Plateau neighbourhood by bike. After a lunch picnic ( and cheeky craft beer) in an off the beaten path park, follow your guide through typical staircase decorated residential streets, the most beautiful parks in Montréal, and the back green alleys of the boroughs we call home. To understand Montréal is to understand our neighbourhoods with a local. You’ll cover many hoods in a short amount of time and will get your bearings for the remainder of your stay.

Our bicycles are made by a local bike shop giving new life to old frames by rebuilding them right here in Montréal. Everything we do is keep it local. Our recommendations list will help you explore more of the best restaurants and bars in the city.

So hop on a pink bike tour. It’ll be one of the best experiences! Don’t take our word for it though; check out what a few Trip Advisor reviews said about it:

“Montreal has the best bike tours in the world and this is the best bike tour of them all”

– Edward C, London UK

Frequently Asked Questions

We love kids but our bikes are sized for teens sized 4 ft 8 and up. Consider taking the little ones on a walking tour.

We’re not racing. We ride, stop, talk and repeat. There’s a sit down lunch break. You need to know how to ride at a decent pace, there is one hill you can walk if you’re not up for pedalling it. Don’t book your aunt a tour if she hasn’t been on a bike since she was 8. She won’t like you and neither will we 😉

Yes and no. Dangerous conditions are NOT for riding. That said, Montréal in the heart of the summer is very humid and always has “a risk of a thunderstorm”. We’ll assess the morning of and contact you (on the accurate and working number you leave us) if we need to. We wouldn’t trust any forecast before that and…these tours do sell out. We often get calls about well last week it said it was raining and now it’s full type thing. Book now and if WE have to cancel we will and refund.

Yes, if they did a good job it is customary to drown them in money.
